Polypropylene ventilation patterns and blank parts are made on NC-machines.

Cylindrical ventilation elements are manufactured exclusively on butt welding machine, which make air ducts more reliable and airproof.

Cylindrical ventilation for chemical, galvanic and other industries is used much more often than rectangular products.

Plastic cylindrical aid ducts have several advantages:

We make cylindrical air ducts and fabricated shapes for them with the following diameters: from 200 mm to 1500 mm and more.

Rectangular ventilation systems from thermoplastic (plastics), like cylindrical, are used in chemical, galvanic and other industries. The costs of rectangular ventilation parts are much higher in comparison with the cylindrical ones so they should be used when cylindrical-section ventilation is impossible. We make rectangular air ducts and fabricated shapes for them with sections from 100х200 mm to 1000х1000 mm and more.

Lateral suctions are mostly used in galvanic and chemical shops to remove hazardous emissions from solution surfaces in baths.

Polypropylene or polyethylene lateral suctions are made according to the dimensions specified by the Customer.
